GUIDE FOR GENERATING AND SUBMITTING A HARDWARE FINGERPRINT

In order to allow installation of a Software Key that unlocks 3GSM Software it is required to first generate a hardware fingerprint and submit it to 3GSM.
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for this process.

GENERATE THE FINGERPRINT

1. Download the 3GSM Hardware Fingerprint program (.exe).
2. Launch the 3GSM Hardware Fingerprint program. This requires Administrator privileges.
   Make sure to run the program on the machine that will host the Software Key.
3. When asked for the fingerprint file name, choose a location you can easily access again for the next step.

SUBMIT THE FINGERPRINT TO 3GSM

1. Send the .v2c file generated in the previous step to slkey@3gsm.at.
   Please include the following information in the email if available:
   – Company name and contact details
   – Your (customer) purchase order number
   – 3GSM reference number (Our ref.: on invoice or confirmation letter)

3GSM will generate a personalized license for you and send that via e-mail.
